1. How will the art I purchase be packaged? Is the art already matted or framed?
A lot depends on the materials and surface used to create the art, the size of the piece, and whether it is an original piece or reproduction. Great care is taken to protect the art work during and after it’s transition to you. Check the shop item description for specifics.
In general, I avoid shipping art framed with glass unless smaller than 11x14 or if custom framing is part of the art work. Even with precautions, there is always a risk that glass will be damaged and this in turn could damage irreplaceable art work.

2. How are items shipped? When will I receive my purchase?
Standard for online store purchases is USPS Ground Advantage for smaller items and UPS for larger or more fragile pieces. It depends on the size of the item and any special handling requirements. See individual product description for shipping details.
Current items in the online shop are shipped within 3 business days of your order. Arrival time will depend on the method of shipping, USPS Ground Advantage is typically 3-5 business days. When available, you will be provided with a shipment tracking number.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship to US addresses. If you need other arrangements please contact me prior to purchasing online.
4. Is the art work insured?
I do not generally obtain insurance other than the standard insurance available from the shipping vendor. Inspect all artwork on arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged please contact me immediately and send pictures of the damage. Reimbursement for artwork damaged during shipping will be arranged upon return of the artwork.
4. Can I return an item?
I hope that you are happy with the art you have selected. Every effort is made to accurately represent the items you are purchasing. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please let me know via the contact page. No returns will be considered on items after 30 days.
5. How should I care for the artwork I receive?
This depends on the materials used to create your artwork. All original artwork and limited edition prints will arrive to you with information about the materials used and general care instructions. Contact me if you have additional questions
